1. Warm-up/walk in Activity (10-15 minutes): As the students enter the classroom, have them complete this worksheet: Click Here 2. Viajar Partner Speaking Activity (15 minutes): Project the worksheet and show one question at a time. Determine a rotation in your classroom where half of your class is shifting on seat forward or backward so that when you say "muévanse", each student has a new partner. You will ask the question out loud, and model some examples of possible answers. Example: ¿Cuál es tu restaurant favorito? Mi restaurant favorito es Mcdonalds, mi restaurante favorito es Olive Garden, etc. Then have the students each ask the question to their partner. Say "muevánse" and then move on to the next question and repeat the process to review the worksheet. 3. Show the video (8 minutes):
4. Hand out the true and false worksheet (10 minutes): click here Have the students read through the sheet and answer any questions they know the answer to. 5. Play the video again and have them finish the worksheet while watching the video. (8 minutes)
Follow-up Activities: -Have students complete the CLOZE activity while watching the video -Have students check their answers while watching this video with pop-up vocabulary.
