These asynchronous (non-live) lessons found here portions are portions of lessons I've designed for my own classroom for remote learning this year during Covid.  I am on a block schedule so I planned asynchronous activities for about half of the time.  The majority of the activities below were found from these resources:

Preliminary Lesson #8

Goals:
-Prepare for your vocabulary quiz coming in lesson 10 with the practice activities below.

​Activities:
1.Alphabet Practice: (15-20 minutes)
 Video 1 (5 minutes)
Video 2 (5 minutes)
Click on the individual letters to hear their pronunciation (5-10 minutes)  *By lesson 10, you will need to be able to hear a spoken Spanish letter, and write down which letter it is. (5-10 minutes)

2. Weather Practice: Choose at least 2 videos to watch here to practice weather.  (10 minutes)

3. Combined Vocabulary Practice: 
-Re-Quiz yourself on your flashcards.  This time, show yourself the English word, and see if you can come up with the Spanish word.  Star the words you do not know.  Study those starred words until you know all of the vocabulary.  (20 minutes)​

4. Extension Activities (optional)
-Set a goal for yourself on duolingo and begin earning xp.
-Need a brain break? Watch this music video and get up and move.
